Caylin McKee, a senior at Mt. Lebanon High School, learned that children in Zambia, Africa aren’t able to attend school unless they have a uniform. This seems simple enough except that these children have trouble getting dinner, let alone $10 for a uniform. Caylin realized that people in our country have so much that they need places like eBay to handle things that they can no longer use, and thought that this would be a great way to earn money for this cause.

This is the fourth year for UNIFORMS FOR ZAMBIA. Caylin visited Zambia in 2004 and personally distributed the uniforms. While she will not be going back this year, she continues to support this cause with yearly donations and fund raisers.
